Who we are:
We are independently contracted therapists and interns who have worked extensively in this community in settings such as schools, non-profit organizations, hospitals, county mental health programs and drug treatment programs. Through our rich experience and work history, we have a deep understanding of life's transitions, and how to not only get through them, but to emerge stronger.
Transitions Counseling offers a wide variety of therapists, each trained with different specialties, qualifications and therapeutic approaches. In addition, we have a range of licensed therapists and practicing interns that can offer affordable and flexible treatment rates. Most importantly, the Transitions staff work cohesively together to help our clients find the best therapist-client connection.
